Terms and Conditions of Use

By using the Blog Post Automatic-O services, operated by Iatec Servicos Empresariais LTDA, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Blog Post Automatic-O offers automatic generation and publishing of blog articles with artificial intelligence, including writing, images, SEO optimization and publishing in the languages included in your plan. Each subscription covers one site. Publishing on another site requires another subscription.
2. Plans, what is included, and payment
Plans are monthly with no lock-in, unless otherwise stated (for example an annual plan or a custom contract). You may cancel at any time in the customer portal; publishing stops at the end of the current billing cycle.
What the subscription includes: your plan’s article quota (for example up to 15, 60 or 180 per month), the plan features, and use of the platform’s AI infrastructure within that quota. You do not need to buy separate “credits” at checkout to generate and publish the articles included in your plan. Day to day, what matters is the plan article quota, not a separate credit balance.
When the quota runs out: automatic generation/publishing pauses until the next cycle, or until you upgrade or buy an extra-article pack if available. There is no unlimited generation on public self-serve plans.
Bring your own AI key (BYOK): on any paid plan you may optionally add your own AI API key in the portal. By default we use platform AI, already included in your quota. With your own key, AI usage is billed by the provider to your account; the Blog Post Automatic-O subscription still covers the platform, automation and publishing quota. BYOK is optional, does not change the plan price, and is not required at checkout.
Enterprise / custom accounts: volumes above the public grid, multi-site packages, SLA or done-for-you operation may have separate commercial terms in an accepted proposal.
3. Grandfathering (terms at signup)
Customers with an already active subscription keep the monthly price and commercial terms from the date the subscription was created (grandfathering) while that subscription stays active on the same plan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Price or billing-model changes published on the site apply to new subscriptions. If you change plans after a price update, the table in force on the change date applies. Benefits we add at no cost (for example a higher quota on your plan) may be applied to the existing base; we do not silently worsen conditions — you will get prior notice and the option to cancel.
4. Guarantee
We offer a 90-day guarantee from sign-up, tied to delivery: if we fail to publish and submit for indexing the article volume set out in the contracted plan within that period, we refund 100% of the amount paid. The guarantee does not cover outcomes that depend on third parties, such as search rankings, traffic or conversions.
5. WordPress migration
Free WordPress migration, when included in the plan, is subject to slot availability and technical feasibility of the source content.
6. Content and responsibility
Content is generated by AI based on topics and guidelines you provide. You are responsible for reviewing content where applicable and for compliance with laws and third-party rights. We recommend human review for sensitive or regulated topics.
7. Content ownership
Content published on your blog belongs to you. The software, workflows and Blog Post Automatic-O platform remain our property.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and third-party services may cause temporary unavailability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Blog Post Automatic-O is not liable for lost profits or SEO ranking results, which depend on external factors such as search algorithms and competition.
10. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Changes that affect price or billing for already-active subscriptions follow the grandfathering policy in section 3. Continued use after publication implies acceptance of other updates.
