By using the BlogPost Automático services, operated by Iatec Servicos Empresariais LTDA, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

BlogPost Automático offers the automatic generation and publishing of blog articles with artificial intelligence, including writing, images, SEO optimization and publishing in multiple languages, according to the contracted plan.

2. Plans and payment

Plans are monthly and with no lock-in, unless otherwise stated. Cancellation can be done at any time and ends publishing at the end of the current cycle.

3. Guarantee

We offer a 7-day guarantee from sign-up: if the service doesn't make sense for your business within that period, we refund the amount paid.

4. WordPress migration

Free WordPress migration, when included in the plan, is subject to slot availability and the technical feasibility of the source content.

5. Content and responsibility

Content is generated by AI based on the topics and guidelines provided by the client. The client is responsible for reviewing content where applicable and for ensuring compliance with laws and third-party rights. We recommend human review for sensitive or regulated topics.

6. Content ownership

Content published on the client's blog belongs to the client. The software, workflows and the BlogPost Automático platform remain our property.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and third-party services may cause temporary unavailability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BlogPost Automático is not liable for lost profits or for ranking (SEO) results, which depend on external factors such as search algorithms and competition.

9. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after publication implies acceptance.
