What buyers ask

The kind of question that reaches Google and AI assistants, at three moments.

  • To understand the problem

What it is, why it happens and how to solve it.

    • What is bank reconciliation?
    • How do I organize my team’s on-call schedule?
    • How can I reduce appointment no-shows?
  • To compare solutions

Spreadsheet or software, and what each system needs.

    • Spreadsheet or software for inventory control?
    • What does a CRM need for a small team?
    • How do I choose a business management system?
  • To use and integrate

How to set it up, import data and connect it to the rest.

    • How do I connect the sales system to finance?
    • How do I import a spreadsheet into the CRM?
    • How do I give each user only the access they need?

Approval

The article explains the problem and the way forward. The product’s features, integrations and plans stay with you.

  1. You tell it what the product does

At sign-up: the problem it solves, who it’s for, the main features and what it doesn’t do. Every article starts from that.

  2. The draft waits for you

The first publication goes through your approval. At the end of sign-up, choose to review each article before it’s published: every draft waits in the Approval tab.

  3. You check what changes

Features, integrations, plans and screen names change with each release. In the Approval tab, you edit the title, description and text, and replace or remove the images.

  4. You publish it or send it back

Approved, the post goes to your site. Rejected, the draft is deleted and the topic goes back to the queue for a new version.
